TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, JAPAN

- Manage clients for technology related issues
- Provide basic level of technical support directly to clients in the dedicated sales area clients
- Assist in escalating support requirements (where necessary) to respective CAS Team
- Monitor customer support for technical solutions implemented, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity
- Attend client and internal meetings as a technical expert; and agree the full detail of the solution
- Work alongside with sales and support team to conduct testing, trainings and demos to existing clients and prospects
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members and sales in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
- Technical Account Management Skills: Maintain and develop existing customers
- Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computing based discipline is preferred. Other degree subjects will be considered depending on experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry (client support / middle office / back office of a global markets sales & trading division or other FX or treasury environment)
- Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts : Java, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix, Windows, web technology, log file analysis, performance / connectivity trouble-shooting
- Strong sense of customer service (detail- and service-oriented)
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- English and Japanese language skills in written and spoken form. Any further language would be a plus
