Your responsibilities

The Proposition Manager will be responsible for managing, developing and growing the offering of the SaaS infrastructure solutions for the Market Taker Bank (MTB) segment. The offering includes pricing, margining, credit system offerings as well as white label distribution technology. Among others this includes our Auto Dealing Suite (ADS - it allows requests from companies to be routed to e.g. an integrated pricing server, which automatically quotes a price) / Market Maker Cockpit (MMC - it allows Liquidity Providers to dynamically manage and control their FX pricing according to their individual needs), as well as associated GUIs and supporting systems. 
A broad understanding of the client segment but in particular in regards to develop, lead and manage a Software as a Service (SaaS) based solution is necessary to maximise other growth and synergy opportunities that arise from work done in meeting these target client needs. The Proposition Manager will be responsible for delivering the target group strategy, while aligning with the overall company product and growth strategy and working within the stakeholder framework that strategically allocates resources to meet the wider firm goals.
  • Own the strategy for positioning, implementation, and marketing of MMC / ADS 
  • Own the business integration plan by understanding client requirements and translate those into a scalable offering to the MTB client segment
  • Lead the product and business planning for the Market Taker Bank Segment particular in regards to a new SaaS Solution offering
  • Lead the development, define creative, high quality, product roadmaps based on company strategy and vision
  • Drive product launches including working with our marketing and sales teams and other stakeholders
  • Ensure integrity of reporting and product information
  • Maintain direct client interaction 
  • Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms
  • Liaise and manage all other related stakeholders to ensure a front to back smooth integration/ roll out of new features
  • Advise the management on potential regulatory and compliance requirements in regards to an SaaS solution offering 
  • Act as MTB / SaaS Solution Stakeholder in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) resource allocation process 

Your profile

  • Experience working on a Software as a Service (SaaS) based application – ideally in FX or financial services 
  • Knowledge of market maker eFX systems preferred 
  • Professional with ideally at least 5 years of trading, broking or eFX experience
  • Exposure to an FX trading business
  • Demonstrable strong Project/Product Management experience/ skills 
  • Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
  • Strategic/creative thinking and analytical
  • Excellent listening, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills
  • Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
  • Service and detail-oriented
  • Confident and motivated team player and individual contributor
  • The ability to lead through influence and impact
