Sales / Account Management
- Selling trading solutions to the financial community by understanding Clients’ needs and presenting customized and complex solutions
- Work closely with global sales force to maximize on global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities
- Fetching client feedback and report to product development
- Liaise with teams such as Product, Projects and Client Advisory Services during integration process
- User configuration and training
- Writing strategic documents (including RFPs, PowerPoint presentations, workshop supporting documents)
- Liaise with country industry associations for corporate treasurers, institutional investors and banks
- Liaise with local multipliers like TMS/PMS/OMS/EMS/PE vendors and industry or sector consultants
- Liaise with offline or local sales team of market makers
- Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve pricing coverage that will lead to increased trading activity
- Win market intelligence from local contacts and feed them into the organization
- Organize and/or support and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionals
- Practical experience in Global Markets pre/post sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
- Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirements
- Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills
- Service and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
