Your responsibilities

  • Scope of responsibility extends across the 360TGTX NDF franchise
  • Work with NDF Proposition Owner to establish a commercial value proposition for positioning to internal and external clients
  • Act as liaison to 360 Product Owners and Technology to ensure accurate delivery of agreed business specifications
  • Work directly with clients to better understand their needs and establish a technology plan to deliver the value proposition
  • All Product Management decisions must be made with an eye on Commercial impact. Volumes and revenues should grow in tandem. Work with 360T Management to understand and guide this process
  • Training of Sales and Liquidity Management in fully understanding new product releases
  • Participate in the Product Management process with specific focus on distribution, and ensuring BA, Finance are notified of requirements ahead of time where likely to impact the product process
  • Work with the NDF Proposition Owner to ensure Regulatory, Compliance and Surveillance needs are accurately met in each region
  • Represent and position our product roadmap for adoption with key decision makers at target clients and prospects
  • Understand and forecast industry changes that impact NDFs within 360TGTX

Your profile

  • Professional with at least 10 years of financial markets experience; working within the ECN or NDF business is preferable
  • Product launch / implementation experience
  • Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
  • Strategic/creative thinking and analytical
  • Strong project management skills
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
  • Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
