Your responsibilities

 As Liquidity Sales Managers you are responsible for Account Management and Sales to the largest Maker (~40) clients on 360T.

  • Maintain active dialogue with assigned accounts and conduct regular Account Reviews: It is anticipated that each account gets a formal quarterly review but daily to weekly interactions
  • Issue resolution: Liquidity Sales is expected to respond to issues raised by their accounts, escalating where necessary and seeing the issue through to completion in a timely manner
  • Arrange senior meetings as required
  • Introduce to clients:     
    • New 360T Products and initiatives   
    • New disclosed Market Making opportunities   
    • Advanced Analytics through the Vantage suite 
  • Work with Liquidity Management, where appropriate, to manage 360TGTX relationship
  • Work with Product Managers to drive specific product initiatives e.g. Market Data, MidMatch, Streaming NDFs
  • Knowledge Management   
    • Following each client engagement, a call report should be filed in the CRM, in a timely manner, sharing information with the global team including action points and follow ups   
    • Feedback from clients on specific products to be shared with the Product Mangers in a clear manner with asks and revenue opportunities clearly outlined   
    • Win market intelligence from existing contacts and feed them into the organization

Your profile

  
  • Applicant must be able to show a demonstrable experience in driving business through data, particularly the Analytics and Reporting associated with platform account management   
  • Proven track record in selling FX and/or trading solutions to the financial community  
  • Knowledge of FX ECNs and Trading Venues   
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills  
  • Service and detail-oriented  
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
  • Comprehension and comfort for data and analytics
