Your responsibilities

As Head of Sales, ASEAN, you will shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. You will work closely with the top management and will executing the sales strategy, optimize business opportunities, create lucrative sales targets or networks, observe market developments, identify the related trends, monitor the competitors, and understand category-specific landscapes.

Sales

  • Responsibility for in-country sales revenue generation and profitability
  • Delivery of growth targets against defined KPIs
  • Align and engage resource to deliver against broader goals
  • Hands-on development and execution against addressable market
  • Work closely with global sales force to maximize on global customer relationships and
  • cooperate in global sales opportunities

Business Development

  • Liaise with country industry associations for corporate treasurers, fund managers and market taker/market maker banks to develop a local partnership base
  • Derive market intelligence and utilize in the client-feedback loop to enhance client experience
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunities to improve outcomes for clients and the company
  • Propose and organize necessary events in coordination with Marketing and Managing
  • Director and attend regular networking events with local market professionals

Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
  • Strong FX market structure and bank infrastructure knowledge
  • Strong ASEAN network
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and constantly driving for success with a proven success record in building successful growth-oriented teams
  • Energetic and conscientious team player with the ability to drive sales processes
  • Service and detail-oriented with the capability of consolidation customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
