Your responsibilities

As a Event Manager you organise, prepare and operate all external and internal events for the whole 360T Group including all offices and all related subsidiaries in EMEA and APAC. These will cover industry events hosted by third parties as well as own 360T events and in-person events as well as digital events.

  •  Plan, prepare, organise, control, track results and evaluate global digital and in-person events, specifically trade shows to drive company and marketing objective
  • Work cross functionally with the sales teams, key executives, partnerships and communications on key marketing events
  • Plan event from the sales briefing to invoice according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Provide input to ensure events are integrated thoughtfully into marketing messaging and campaigns
  • Prepare budgets, project timelines and ensure strict adherence
  • Make sure the company gets the best possibility to present itself and all products at conferences and propose suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Measure, analyse and report on strategic effectiveness and return on investment for event programs

Your profile

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, a related field of study, or extensive professional experience in the field of Event Management
  • Several years of proven experience in marketing positions focused on successfully managing and producing events
  • Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines and schedules; ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently with minimal direction and to anticipate issues and problems
  • Manage agency relationships and contracts as well as outsourced vendors to budget and deliverables
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management and marketing
  • Hands-on, positive can do/ will do attitude
  • Love for financial markets and products
  • Experienced in a cross-cultural context
  • Excellent German- and English skills, both written and spoken
