COUNTRY HEAD (ALL GENDERS) - MALAYSIA

Based in Malaysia, you will be part of an International Sales and Account Management Team reporting to the Managing Director of 360T Asia Pacific in Singapore.
- Hold full P&L responsibility & Annual Budget preparation
- Have fiduciary responsibility for in-country activities
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies (short & long term) in order to attain the goals of the Board and stakeholders
- Provide a strategic view to the Board and senior management
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external shareholders, including regulators, key clients and industry associations
- Hands-on development and execution against addressable market
- Delivery of growth targets against defined KPIs
- Align and engage resource to deliver against broader goals
- Responsibility for in-country sales revenue generation and profitability
- Communicating with senior client leaders on a regular basis
- Focus on proactive client excellence and satisfaction
- Coordinate in-country account management activities
- Understanding client challenges and solving local issues
- Liaise with country industry associations for corporate treasurers, fund managers and market user/market maker banks
- Develop a local partnership base
- Work with Marcoms and APAC Leadership to develop and deliver local initiatives
- Derive market intelligence and utilize in the client-feedback loop to enhance client experience
- Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve outcomes for clients and the company
- Organize and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionals
Internal Control System
- Ensuring adherence to the standards defined in 360T’s Internal Control System in relation to the operating environment.
- Responsible for identifying, managing and reporting the risks in the operating environment, in accordance with 360T’s corporate risk management guidelines; and for escalating to senior management and/or the 360T global risk committee, as appropriate.
- Minimum 10 years of experience of business management
- Experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service
- industry a benefit
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- Service and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
- Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
- Meets all of the Malaysia regulatory requirements
