Your responsibilities

Sales controlling / Analytics 
  • Global and regional Sales and Account Management performance and budget controlling
  • Development and maintenance of Sales performance reports
  • Preparation of Sales performance presentations, also across regions
  • Project management in Sales related issues, especially of projects owned by MD and his deputy
  • Collaboration with the Business Operations Manager 
CRM System 
  • CRM system (Sales Module): Support implementation of new CRM System. Act as go-to-person for CRM related questions in Sales and Account Management 
  • CRM system (Sales Module): administration, customization and optimization of Sales-related workflows together with affected departments; preparation of internal documentation, presentations and giving trainings; data management
RFP 
  • Responsible to support EMEA sales with the production of high quality RFI/RFP responses
  • Responsible to develop content, format and style guidelines to ensure consistent RFI/RFP delivery across the organization
  • Responsible to develop a robust and scalable RFP process – including the usage and buildup of necessary supporting technologies and team (e.g. database)
 General 
  • Support for the Sales team EMEA

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills for business figures
  • Experience in Office and Project Management – particular Excel and database management tools
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage 3rd parties
  • Know How in Financial Market-FX Markets 
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and can-do attitude
