Your responsibilities

You will be part of the Sales and Account Management Team and directly reporting to our Managing Director, 360T Asia Pacific in Singapore. As an Account Sales Manager you work in an international global team and support customers during their lifecycle as a client of 360T. You work in a challenging environment, take over ownership for projects, get the opportunity to grow and face a broad variety of tasks:
 
  • Keeping contact to active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
  • Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
  • Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets
  • Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Generate new leads and expand footprint
  • Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems
  • Fetching client feedback to report to development
  • User training (if required locally)

Your profile

  • Sales / Account Management Skills: Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business.
  • Practical experience for a minimum of 5 years in global market sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry.
  • Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
  • Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community. 
  • Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent.
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellence communication, presentation and execution skills.
  • Service and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player.
