The perfect start

We integrate our employees even before the official start date by providing a detailed and always up to date information package and by introducing a personal 360T Buddy – a colleague from 360T who is the contact person in all questions. The new-hire mentoring program of 360T is set up to help new employees after their start to acclimate professionally and personally into the organization very quickly.

Truly effective performance review process

360T highly values its open feedback culture. Therefore we offer regular personal performance reviews with the manager and/or team lead as well as an HR representative on a yearly basis. Performance appraisals make sure that you and your manager are on the same page as well as open the door for training and development opportunities.

Easy to integrate

Within our open door policy and flat hierarchy organization there is no space for politics. Mutual support and collegiality are the foundations of fairness and a positive working environment.
